Surprise Essentials currently ships only to the United States.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $50. This excludes our wholesale orders

The processing time for orders is 2-3 days. After your order has been processed and  shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days. If an item is out of stock/backordered, we will ship the item once restocked. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.  

We do not allow any changes to a orders. please review your cart before submitting it. 

Please verify your address before placing an order. We will not issue ANY REFUNDS for packages returned to the Surprise Essentials. The customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.

 

At Surprise Skin Essentials, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a refund for merchandise returned within 10 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment.

Step 4. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Note to all customers who use promotional codes on orders: These are considered a discount on the order, and therefore the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Also, the promotional code or discount will not apply to an exchange, if one is requested.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

~ We do not accept empty bottles.
~ If your original payment method is no longer valid or has passed its expiration date, we are only able to issue a refund in the form of a store credit, for any products returned within 10 days.
~ Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
~ Shipping & Handling are not included in refunds.
